There are 3 inspirations this week:

1.  Push Yourself when performing on stage. Let action and emotion be more extreme. If needed, use physical inspiration.
2.  Connect with the audience. What the improviser thought acted is different as the audience saw. Connect with the audience.  Make yourself seen. Take the obvious.
3.  Three layers of notes

• First time receiving the note, move to the back of the head.
• Second time taking the note, move it from back to front of your head
• Third time hear the note, move it from the head to action change.

Side notes: After seeing different styles of theatre and improvisers. I want to be the badass improviser, focus on performance, beautiful high quality, doesn’t matter if everyone talks shit back on me and criticizes me. Focus on a good quality show!
